Raleigh, NC – Two Hurt in Two-Car Accident on Glenwood Avenue

Raleigh, NC (July 3, 2020) – Two people were injured in a two-car accident in Raleigh on Friday, July 2nd. The crash took place around 4:00 a.m. on Glenwood Avenue near Crabtree Mall.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, a car was traveling on Glenwood when it left the roadway and struck a traffic light. The car flipped over following the crash and wires from the traffic pole were down across the roadway. A second car became caught in the wires and rolled over. Both drivers were transported to a hospital with injuries.
The crash is under investigation at this time. No further information is available.
