Raleigh, NC (July 8, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that took place in Raleigh on Sunday, July 5th. The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-40 near S. Saunders Street.
The Raleigh Police Department responded to the scene to investigate the crash. Officers have not released any details surrounding the crash or the identity of the victim. The road was closed as a result of the collision and drivers were advised to find alternate routes of travel.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing. No additional details have been released.
