Greensboro, NC – UPDATE: Victims Identified in Randleman Road Crash

Greensboro, NC (July 8, 2020) – Authorities have identified the victims in a fatal crash that took place in Greensboro last week. The crash occurred on Thursday, July 2nd.

According to troopers with the State Highway Patrol, 27-year-old Christopher Magnotto was driving northbound on Randleman Road when he crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by 36-year-old William Smith, II. Magnotto’s passenger, 60-year-old Lorraigne Magnotto, was killed in the crash. Smith was suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

There is no information on the cause of the crash at this time. Christopher Magnotto was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle, driving left of center, and driving while license revoked.
