Winston-Salem, NC – Magdalena Noyola Hurt in Belleauwood Dr. Hit-and-Run

Winston-Salem, NC (February 28, 2021) – A woman from Winston-Salem suffered injuries in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Belleauwood Drive near Argonne Boulevard. The crash happened on Friday, February 26th at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Officer N.J. Bouffard with the Winston-Salem Police Department responded to the scene. According to a report, Magdalena Noyola was standing next to a vehicle on Belleauwood Drive. At the same time, a 2009 Chevrolet came to the intersection with Belleauwood and Argonne. The driver of the Chevrolet made a right turn onto Belleauwood and struck the vehicle next to Noyola. The Chevrolet continued forward and also ran over Noyola before fleeing the scene of the crash.

Rescue workers transported Noyola to Forsyth Medical Center with unknown injuries. There is no word on her condition. No one else was hurt in the accident and police are still searching for the Chevrolet driver.
