Fatal Car Accidents in North Carolina  Rowan County, NC - Ebony Evans-Kindle Killed in I-85 Car Accident

A North Carolina car accident can happen very suddenly and without any warning at all. Major highways such as Interstate 85 are a common place for serious collisions to occur. With more drivers on the highway, faster speed limits, and more congestion, even a single error made by a motorist can result in a catastrophic outcome. Sadly, this often means that innocent victims are hurt or killed in accidents that take place on highways.

If you have lost a loved one in a car accident in North Carolina, you should be fully aware of your legal rights. Under North Carolina law, you may be entitled to bring a wrongful death lawsuit against the person or entity who caused the death. This means that negligent motorists can be held legally responsible for the untimely death of your family member. While no amount of money can ever bring your loved one back, a sudden death can result in major financial complications, including the payment of unexpected expenses, such as funeral bills ad medical care.
