North Carolina Hit-and-Run Crashes
A hit-and-run accident in North Carolina is a potentially devastating event. Injured victims in these crashes are almost always not at fault for causing the crash to occur. Instead, negligent and reckless drivers who choose not to follow the law will often attempt to avoid legal responsibility by fleeing the crash scene.
A North Carolina car accident can present complicated legal questions. Hit-and-run crashes are no different and are often more complicated because the other driver is not always located or does not have insurance. An experienced North Carolina car accident lawyer can help you recover in spite of the complexity of your situation.
