Injury Accidents in North Carolina  High Point, NC - 10-Year-Old Boy Seriously Hurt in Willard Rd. Hit-and-Run

Approximately 300,000 traffic accidents were reported last year in North Carolina. While motorists are legally required to remain at the scene of an injury crash, some choose to disregard the law. This is often the case when a driver knows that they have caused a serious injury or death and they leave the scene in an effort to avoid responsibility for their actions. The consequences of a hit-and-run crash can be devastating for victims and their families.

If you or a loved one has been involved in a North Carolina car accident, you should seek to protect your legal rights as quickly as possible. You could receive compensation for your medical bills, lost wages, pain, and suffering, and more. Hit-and-run accidents can present complicated questions of legal liability and insurance coverage. When the other driver has chosen to leave the scene of an accident, you may feel as though you will come up empty-handed when it comes to protecting your legal rights. This is far from the truth, however. An experienced and trusted attorney can ensure that your rights are protected and that you receive the compensation you deserve when you have been hurt in a crash.
