Fatal Accidents in North Carolina  Greensboro, NC - Two Women Killed Standing Outside Vehicle on Hwy. 29

North Carolina’s roadways can be dangerous places for motorists. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, approximately 1,500 people will lose their lives in crashes that take place on our state’s roadways annually. Many of these victims are killed or injured in accidents that were not their fault. Rather, they suffered fatal injuries at the hands of a negligent driver. Drivers who choose to operate their vehicle in a careless or reckless manner are responsible for hundreds of deadly crashes each year and they are also potentially legally responsible for the damages caused by their negligence.

North Carolina law provides victims with the right to receive a recovery following an injury accident. If your loved one was killed in a crash that was not their fault, you should speak with a skilled attorney as soon as possible. During this time, your focus should be on your family’s healing and recovery. Rather than worrying about the details of an accident claim, you should be able to spend this time with your loved ones and help to rebuild some of what has been lost.
