Injury Accidents in North Carolina  Greensboro, NC - Crash Between Fuel Tanker and Car on W. Market St.

No one ever expects to be involved in an injury crash. While the statistics tell us that almost 300,000 traffic accidents are reported in North Carolina each year, the dangers of driving do not always hit home until you have been personally affected by a car accident. A car accident in North Carolina can leave victims with serious, painful, and sometimes permanent injuries. The effects of the crash can linger for many months and even years as victims struggle to resume the life that they enjoyed prior to the accident. The frustration is compounded when you have been hurt due to the careless and reckless actions of another motorist.

It is important to speak with an experienced attorney before settling your claim so that you do not underestimate the value of your case. Often a quick settlement is not in your best interest as you need time to fully evaluate the extent of the damage caused by the accident. Once you settle and sign a waiver you will not be able to pursue any of your claims further.
