North Carolina Car Accidents  Winston-Salem, NC - Three Hurt in Head-On Crash on NC Hwy. 109

North Carolina car accidents take place each day and can result in serious injuries for accident victims. The cause of each crash must be closely investigated. In many instances, however, car accidents occur because of the negligent and careless actions of one of the drivers involved. Some common reasons for car accidents in North Carolina include distraction, impairment, speeding, failing to yield the right of way and more.

When you have been involved in an accident, you should seek medical treatment as soon as possible if you have been injured. Some injuries do not manifest themselves for days or weeks following the accident. You may walk away from the scene feeling fine only to later discover that you are in pain caused by the crash. Seeking treatment at the earliest possible time allows you to address your injuries before they have a chance to worsen. In addition, if you wait too long, the insurance company may try to claim that your injuries were caused by something other than the crash. In this instance, the adjuster can try to decrease the value of your case.
