Greensboro, NC (January 4, 2022) – Police in Greensboro responded to the scene of a serious pedestrian crash on Saturday, January 2nd. The accident took place on West Market Street at the intersection with North Walnut Circle.
According to a report from the scene, the pedestrian was walking near the roadway when they were struck by a vehicle. The victim sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision. Rescue crews responded and transported the pedestrian to a local hospital where they were listed in critical condition. The pedestrian was not immediately identified. There were no additional injuries reported in the accident.
