Hit-and-Run Crashes in Greensboro  Greensboro, NC - Jonathan Emmanuel Smith Killed in Summit Street Hit-and-Run

In 2019, nearly 1,500 people lost their lives due to traffic crashes on North Carolina’s roadways. A fatal crash in North Carolina is extremely devastating for the family members who are left behind to deal with the aftermath. This is especially true when your loved one has been killed due to the negligence and carelessness of another motorist. Each day across our state, there are many serious and fatal crashes that are caused solely due to the careless actions of others. Hit-and-run crashes can be especially devastating as the driver has chosen to flee the scene rather than accept responsibility for their actions. In North Carolina, motorists are required by law to remain at a crash scene following an accident.

If you have a loved one in a North Carolina traffic accident, you should seek legal advice as soon as possible. If the crash was someone else’s fault, you could be entitled to compensation for your loss.
