North Carolina car accidents can have a major and life-changing impact on their victims. Injury crashes occur across our state each day. The number of accidents has remained relatively steady in recent years. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, there were approximately 300,000 car accidents in North Carolina in 2019. These crashes resulted in about 80,000 injuries and about 1,500 deaths.
