High Point, NC – Tanya Moore Hurt in Elm St. Car Accident

High Point, NC (March 20, 2021) – A woman from High Point sustained injuries in a two-car crash that took place earlier this week. The accident was reported on Tuesday, March 16th at approximately 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Elm Street and West English Road.

Officer Ian Stanick of the High Point Police Department responded to the accident scene. According to a report from Officer Stanick, Tanya Moore was driving a 2001 Honda westbound on English Road. At the same time, Paul Kiley, of High Point, was driving southbound on North Elm Street. Kiley had a red light in his direction of travel but failed to stop at the light. Kiley entered the intersection and collided with the right passenger side of Moore’s car.

Moore suffered unknown injures as a result of the accident and was transported by ambulance to High Point Regional Hospital. Kiley was not injured. Officer Stanick issued Kiley a citation for failing to stop at a red light.
