Hit-and-Run Accidents in North Carolina
A hit-and-run crash can be a very serious event for the victim. By law, drivers are required to remain at the scene of a reportable accident. In North Carolina, it is a felony to leave the scene of an injury crash.
If you or a loved one have been hurt in a North Carolina hit-and-run accident, you may wonder about the ability to obtain compensation for the injuries.
