Fatal Car Accidents in North Carolina

North Carolina’s roadways can be a deadly place for motorists. In 2019, our state experienced approximately 1,500 fatalities due to car and traffic accidents. Serious and fatal car accidents in North Carolina can take place anywhere at any time. No one ever expects to be involved in a serious collision, however, innocent victims are often affected by these crashes. Most North Carolina car accidents are caused by the behaviors of negligent drivers. These drivers are often driving while impaired, are distracted, or are otherwise not following traffic laws when they cause a crash to occur.

The aftermath of a North Carolina car accident can be devastating for both victims and their family members. Certainly, there is nothing worse than the sudden loss of a loved one, especially if the accident was not their fault.
