Wake Forest, NC (September 22, 2020) – Police and rescue crews were on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash in Wake Forest on Tuesday evening. According to authorities, the accident happened on North Carolina Highway 98 near Stony Hill Road and Falls Lake.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol responded to the crash shortly after it occurred. According to reports, there were three vehicles involved in the accident. Several injuries were reported as a result of the crash but the severity remains unclear at this time. Officials closed down traffic in both directions of N.C. 98 following the accident and motorists in the area were advised to use caution.
