Thomasville, NC (March 8, 2021) – One person was killed in a crash that took place on Interstate 85 near Lake Road and Exit 102 in Thomasville. The crash took place around 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, March 7th.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol responded to the accident scene. According to police and rescue crews, the collision resulted in the death of at least one person. At this time, there have been no details released surrounding the accident and the identity of the deceased victim is not available. Police are investigating the accident in an effort to determine the cause. There is no word on whether any charges are expected to be filed.
