Major cities such as Charlotte can have heavy traffic and congested roadways. In these situations, it is common to see crashes occur because of the presence of negligent drivers.

In North Carolina, an injured motorist can recover from the driver following a crash. Normally, the recovery is against the other driver’s insurance company. There are specific types of damages available including lost wages caused by the accident, pain and suffering, and payments for medical expenses, such as hospital and prescription costs.

The goal following a North Carolina car accident is to put you back into the position that you enjoyed prior to the crash.
