Car Accidents in North Carolina  Randolph County, NC - Two Seriously Hurt in U.S. 220 Business Car Accident

Being a victim of a North Carolina car accident can be a very frustrating experience. Each year across our state, approximately 80,000 people will receive injuries due to traffic accidents. Thousands of these victims will be hurt when they come into contact with a negligent driver. Negligent drivers are all around us and their careless actions affect other motorists on a daily basis. Speeding, distraction, impairment, and reckless driving all contribute to the number of accidents and serious injuries that we see on our streets and highways.

If you have been hurt in a crash, you may feel hopeless and overwhelmed. With medical bills piling up physical pain from the accident itself, it is normal to feel as though you may never regain the life you enjoyed prior to the crash. In the best-case scenario, you could be looking at a long recovery period with extensive medical treatment ahead of you. Although this is undoubtedly a difficult time, there is reason to be optimistic about your future.

Under North Carolina law, motorists who have been injured in a crash that was not their fault may be eligible to receive compensation for their injuries. The amount of your recovery depends on a variety of factors including the extent and nature of your injuries as well as the total of your medical bills.
