North Carolina Injury Accidents  Randolph County, NC - One Killed in Friday Crash on I-74

Fatal traffic accidents occur each day in North Carolina. With a growing population of more than 10 million residents and many other motorists passing through the state, our roadways can be a dangerous place for motorists. On interstates and highways such as I-74, drivers can be at a greater risk of being involved in a serious car accident. This is due to many reasons, including higher speed limits on the highway, greater traffic congestion, and the presence of many negligent drivers. Highway accidents also tend to be more serious in nature when they involve large vehicles such as commercial trucks.

If you or a loved one have been hurt in a North Carolina traffic accident, there are a few things that you should keep in mind. First, you should always seek medical treatment as soon as possible if you believe you are injured. In cases where you are not taken to the hospital by ambulance after the crash, you should not delay treatment. This is true even if you are not necessarily in pain. Many car accident injuries take several days to fully develop. The earlier that you receive treatment, the better your chances of a good outcome and a favorable settlement offer from the insurance company.
