Kernersville, NC (June 30, 2021) – The Kernersville Police Department responded to the scene of a crash that took place on Tuesday, June 29th. The accident was reported on South Main Street at the intersection with Harmon Mill Road.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two vehicles involved in the accident. The crash caused both directions of South Main Street to be closed while officers worked at the site. Injuries were reported in the collision but there is no word on the nature or extent of the injuries. No one involved has been identified and it is not clear what caused the collision to occur. Traffic was backed up in the area as motorists were advised to use caution or to find alternate routes of travel if possible.
