Raleigh, NC (July 28, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car accident on Thursday, July 28 at about 12:55 p.m. Emergency personnel was dispatched to the scene of a serious accident that occurred in the vicinity of 11221 Galleria Ave. Initial reports indicate that the involved vehicles entered the roadway at the same time and collided.
The accident caused disruptions in the area as a result. The traffic was diverted while crews, which included the Raleigh Fire Department, cleaned up the wreckage.
EMTs quickly arrived in the area and assessed all involved parties for injuries. According to reports from the scene, there was at least one person who was injured. Details concerning the extent of the injuries to the parties involved have not been released at this time.
