Fatal Crashes in North Carolina
There is nothing more difficult than experiencing the loss of a friend or family member due to a North Carolina car accident. Fatal crashes happen suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving family members with little time to process the impact of such a serious tragedy. The pain is compounded when your loved one is killed in a crash that was not their fault.
In North Carolina, surviving family members may have legal recourse against a negligent driver. A North Carolina wrongful death lawsuit may be brought within two years of your loved one’s death. These lawsuits seek to hold negligent drivers accountable for their actions and can provide valuable compensation to help with unexpected expenses during such a difficult time.
