Cary, NC – One Killed in Two-Car Crash on Morrisville Parkway

Cary, NC (July 1, 2021) – One person was killed following a car accident in Wake County on Wednesday, June 30th. The accident happened around 10:15 p.m. on Morrisville Parkway at the intersection with Creek Park Drive near the town line for Morrisville and Cary.

According to a report from the scene, there were two vehicles involved in the collision, and both vehicles sustained heavy damage. One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time. Officers have not said how the crash took place. There is no word on whether anyone else was injured. Firefighters responded to the scene and put out a fire that started after the collision.

Police have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed. The crash is still under investigation at this time. No further details are available.
