Southern Virginia

Southern Virginia has a mountainous landscape and lots of public trails, which places it on the map for outdoor adventurers. The area also serves as a destination for lovers of bluegrass music and Appalachian culture. This distinctive part of Virginia is home to several cities and small towns such as Martinsville, South Boston, Abingdon, Bristol, Roanoke, and Salem. Many of these towns have great historical significance. Our founder, Jason Burton, has strong family ties to the Roanoke, Virginia area and strong ties to the Southern Virginia medical community. Because we are passionate about the communities in Southern Virginia, we are proud to offer our legal services to personal injury and wrongful death victims in these areas.

Given the major highway thoroughfares through the State and the Blue Ridge Parkway, Southern Virginia is no stranger to serious accidents that produce personal injuries and even fatalities. In 2018 alone, there were 131,848 automobile accidents in the Commonwealth State, which produced 819 fatalities and thousands of personal injuries. Alcohol contributed to at least 7,181 automobile accidents. During the same time, Virginia saw at least 5,025 trucking accidents and 1,792 motorcycle accidents. Many of these avoidable accidents are caused by distracted driving, intoxication, and other violations of Virginia law. As experienced personal injury attorneys, we are prepared to fight your legal battle while you recover from the devastating consequences of your injuries.
