Serious Crash in Randleman
More than 100,000 people, on average, are injured in North Carolina car accidents each year. Drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and others suffer injuries on a daily basis. Many car accidents can be avoided through the use of reasonable caution. Unfortunately, it just takes one negligent driver to cause a crash that can lead to serious injuries or even death.
North Carolina personal injury law is complicated. Under our laws, an injured person who is deemed even 1% at fault for the accident is considered contributorily negligent cannot receive any compensation for their injuries. This is a harsh rule that often fails to protect crash victims who are hurt and in need of compensation. For this reason, it is important to retain a skilled North Carolina car accident lawyer as soon as possible after your crash takes place.
Attorney Jason M. Burton will stand up for you against insurance companies. We are not afraid to take your case all the way to trial to help get the compensation you need.
