YOUR FUTURE We’re the personal injury law firm committed to your recovery
Jason Burton was raised in Greensboro, North Carolina and maintains strong ties in his community. Greensboro is a city centrally located in “the Triad” region of the large state of North Carolina. Just over 75 miles west of Raleigh and 170 miles east of Asheville, Greensboro offers delicious food, wine, and beer, as well as art galleries, live theater, and an array of festivals. The quaint, historic downtown boasts a range of shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, and a bustling farmers market scene. The Greensboro Science Center is the only accredited facility in NC to include an aquarium, museum, and zoo all in one location. The City of Greensboro is closely aligned with the civil rights movement, was the host of the famous Woolworth Sit-Ins of 1960, and is the home to an elaborate Civil Rights Museum. With a population of over 287,000 residents, Greensboro is a busy and growing Southern city. Greensboro is also the home to the Elon University School of Law, where Mr. Burton graduated as the Valedictorian of his law school class.
Greensboro is bookended by the 1-85 and I-40 corridors and a host of other highways and busy city streets. In the last decade, Guilford County has experienced an average of 55 automobile accident related fatalities per year, with 67 occurring during 2017. As reported by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, there were more than 11,200 automobile accidents in the City of Greensboro during 2017, which produced 42 fatalities and more than 6,200 personal injuries. Alcohol was a factor in 420 accidents, there were 135 pedestrian injuries, and 37 accidents involving bicyclists. Guilford County saw approximately 144 motorcycle accidents in 2017 and at least 320 commercial trucking accidents. Given our strong ties to Greensboro, our personal injury attorneys understand the city landscape and stand prepared to help you navigate and maximize significant injury and wrongful death cases.Serving Clients in Greensboro
